1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions 1poki These terms apply to the use of the platform (https://1poki.net) and any of its subdomains or mobile versions. By accessing the site, registering an account, or using any of the platform's services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these terms in full.

If a deposit fails but your account has been charged, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number. This is typically resolved within 24 hours.

5 Withdrawal Policy

1poki Withdrawing your winnings is quick and straightforward. However, there are a few important conditions every player must follow:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or withheld until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the applicable wagering requirements.
• Successful withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

9 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Closure
